If you live local to our store and would like to save on shipping, click "Pickup In Store" at checkout. You will not be charged for shipping, and your package will be waiting for you at Wish Upon A Quilt for pickup after one business day of ordering. We make every effort to ship orders quickly; once submitted, orders immediately enter our processing queues. Should you need to modify your order, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and will try to accommodate your request. We are unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been cut or shipped.
Wish Upon a Quilt will ship your package using the most economical service for your location. Whenever possible we will use US Postal Office Priority Mail with a two to three day delivery time. This service provides the ability to track the package in the US and a customs number outside the US

Our return policy is to make you the customer as happy as we possibly can. That being said, at Wish Upon A Quilt, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If we've made a mistake in your order or sent you a defective product, simply contact us and we'll make it right for you.
Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds on cut yardage, special orders, books, patterns, kits, custom quilting services, or custom-made quilts. Sales on these items are final.
Fabric can only be returned if there has been an error on our part, or if there is an issue with the quality of material itself. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
Upon placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. You will receive a subsequent email when your order has been shipped via our shipping provider, USPS.
While we understand the logistics of trying to minimize the number of orders placed by maximizing each shipment, regretfully we can’t offer to hold orders as we’d quickly have piles of fabric everywhere!

For each of our clubs, the terms are specified in their description (monthly price, monthly billing date, duration of the club, and shipping charges). Once you place your first order to sign up for a club, all future months will be chard and the specified date. If you place your order before the monthly billing date, you will not be charged as second time for that month.
We will still be able to charge you each month for the club you are a member of, but we do recommend that you sign up again on our new website. Our new subscription process is much more efficient and all members of a club will be billed on the same day. We will ensure that your participation in the clubs ends at the appropriate time. If you are currently paying via PayPal, you will need to cancel your PayPal Recurring Billing. With our new system, you can still pay with PayPal, but we will automatically get your payment on the club billing date.
Yes, we sell both physical and online gift cards in demominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100. Our physical gift cards can only be sued in our store (you will not be able to use these on the website). When purchased, a phyuscial card will be mailed to you. Our online gift cards can only be used when ordering on our website. When purchased, you will receive an email with a gift card code.
You will still be able to use these gift cards in our store, but unfortunately, they will no longer work on our new website. Please either visit the store or call us and we can process your order and gift card over the phone.
Boys of the Bible
Thank you for your interest and involvement in our Boys of the Bible series. In Novemeber of 2020, we moved website platforms. While the Boys of the Bible series continues on our new site, but were some changes to your access of the free downloads you had previously ordered.
Previously, when you ordered free blocks, you received an email with links to downloadable files of the block patterns you had ordered. You were also able to access these block files in your store account under Downloadable Products.
With our new website, the downloadable files are no longer saved in your store account. When you order the remaining blocks from our new website, you will still receive an email with a link to the downloadable files. You will always be able to download the files from the links in the emails you have received, whether from the old website or the new website.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but we don’t want you to lose access to your blocks. We hope you are loving our new website!
